WHAT TYPES OF STEEL MESH DO WE SUPPLY?

We carry all types of steel mesh reinforcing for any type of civil, commercial and residential building project and applications. Our different types of concrete mesh include:

Square Reinforcing Mesh – This is a general purpose type of reinforcing mesh which is commonly used to reinforce concrete slabs. It is ideal as a driveway mesh but can also be used to reinforce slabs for warehouses, outdoor patios and seating areas, sheds and storage facilities. Our square mesh is available in a range of sizes, gauge diameters and spacing measurements.

Rectangular Reinforcing Mesh – Our rectangular reinforcing mesh has a wide variety of applications as it has a higher tensile strength than square mesh. It is most commonly used to reinforce concrete walls and slabs which need better support capabilities.Most high rise type structures are likely to use rectangular mesh to reinforce both the walls and each concrete slab floor. This type of reinforcing mesh ensures that all building structures are stable and well supported.

Trench Mesh – This type of mesh is available in a variety of widths to suit different types of trench reinforcing applications. We also have a variety of long wire and cross wire diameters for you to choose from plus different spacing specifications. Trenching mesh is commonly used in footing trenches and to reinforce ground beams. If you’re not sure of exactly which type you need, our expert staff will be able to provide information on the right type of trenching mesh for your project.

Galvanised Mesh – Our galvanised mesh has been treated with a zinc coating to resist corrosion and rusting. It is most commonly used in and around coastal areas.
