Established in Western Australia as a family business in 1995 and continues to be managed by these founding members. Bestbar has grown significantly over the last 25 years to become a respected and capable reinforcement provider, supplying some of Australia’s largest building and construction companies. With an extensive branch network, we have the capacity to deliver to local needs, while accessing multiple international supply points to provide reliable and cost-effective solutions. The high quality of our steel is well known and this stems from our belief that by putting people, partnerships and performance first we can create a sustainable and stronger business model that has a distinct social value.
NatSteel produces the bulk of the steel that we supply and this relationship is one that we are especially proud of. NatSteel produces all of their premium reinforcement steel using 100% recycled scrap and uses a 100% energy saving process, which far exceeds the minimum requirements for sustainability as set out by the Green Building Council of Australia in their Green Star credit program.
As such, our customers stand to benefit from the exceptional products that we supply and can reduce their carbon footprint and boost their environmental credentials in choosing us over our competitors. Furthermore, beyond sustainability, our accreditations also speak to the quality of our organisation as well as the processes and procedures that we adhere to.
